Chromebook Tech Support
If students or parents need technology support from 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday, please call 803-469-6900, extension 406, extension 116, or extension 137. For IT support in Spanish please dial extension 211.
If you encounter a technology issue after 4 PM or over the
weekend, email a short description of the problem and a call back number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Teachers are available to students during normal school hours,
and school offices are open from 9 AM-1 PM to assist with questions.
If a family does not have access to WiFi at home, they may access WiFi in the parking lots of the schools to download and submit assignments. Additional FTC WiFi hotspots are Sumter Downtown ( Main Street), Palmetto Tennis Center, Sumter CCTC Parking Area, USC Sumter Campus, and Lee County Chappell Park. Go to clever.com, click login as a student, type in their school name, and then you will get to the portal
We will be utilizing Google Classroom . Here is a video to help you utilize this learning format. Classroom codes are listed below the video by grade level. Students in 1st-5th grade have assignments to complete for each day of the shut down located in Google Classroom. Please reach out to your students teacher with questions or concerns via email, Remind App, or message our school Facebook page.
